ARC WELD STUD

MIDWEST manufactures weld studs for use in arc stud welder systems. These parts are typically a weld stud made of Mild Steel, Stainless Steel or Aluminum; while other alloys can be used in special stud welder applications.

Styles and configurations are many and varied with such types as Full Thread, partial Thread, reduced Base, No Thread, Annular Ring/Navy, Bent, Tapped, Shoulder, Collar and many other types. The arc weld stud is typically flux loaded on the weld end, and is put into place for proper stud welder application with the use of a ceramic, or ferrule.

Many diameters are used for the arc weld stud; however most fall in a diameter range of 1/8" dia. [10gauge] to 7/8" [M20] in weld stud base.
