CAPACITOR DISCHARGE WELD STUD

MIDWEST manufactures weld stud for use in capacitor discharge stud welder systems. These parts are typically a weld stud made of Mild Steel, Stainless Steel or Aluminum; while other alloys can be used in special stud welder applications.

Styles and configurations are many and varied with such types as Flanged, Non-Flanged, Small-Flanged, No Thread, Annular Ring/Navy, Accoustical Hangers, and many other types. While MIDWEST manufactures the tipped [or "contact" type] capacitor discharge weld stud as a majority, we also manufacture the drawn-arc [or domed top] weld stud for stud welder variations.

Many diameters are used for the capacitor discharge weld stud, however most fall in a diameter range of 0.080" dia. [14gauge] to 3/8" [M10] in weld stud base.
