NON-WELDED

MIDWEST manufactures a variety of insulation fasteners for use in commercial and industrial insulation systems. Applications of these insulation fasteners are usually to affix or erect thermal insulation materials in various applications. Also certain type products from this category can be considered insulation fastener accessories, such as self locking washers.

Styles and configurations for the non-welded insulation fastener varieties are many and varied. The main style is the Insulation Anchor [or Insulation Hangers]. These are made in both Perforated Base [or glue applied, sometimes called Spindle Anchors] and Self-Stick [self adhering through the use of adhesive backed tapes].

For use with the Perforated Base Spindle Anchors, MIDWEST offers a general purpose, contact adhesive for use in general construction applications.

Another family within non-welded insulation fasteners is the Lacing Anchor. For use in removable covers, or "pad", type insulations, MIDWEST manufactures several styles and alloys of support anchors to be "laced" into insulating material fabrications.

Finally, MIDWEST makes and stocks a wide range of self locking washers to be used with all types of insulation fasteners. Washers are round, square and rectangular styles with various mating holes sized for mounting on all types of insulation fasteners. Stocked in Mild Steel, Stainless Steel [with varying grades] and Aluminum, these parts are used with both welded and non-welded insulation fasteners.
