MIDWEST manufactures a variety of insulation fasteners to be welded into use for commercial and industrial insulation systems. Applications of these insulation fasteners are usually to affix or erect thermal insulation materials in various applications.

Styles range from the Weld Pin to the Cuphead, or Mini-Cup Weld Pin. These families also include variations of the Capacitor Discharge and Arc weld stud.

The welded insulation fasteners are usually applied with a pin or stud welder for semi-automatic placement of the fastener. This helps achieve rapid application, along with optimal mechanical fastening by creation of a weld at the point of attachment.
