The strength of Arc stud welded fasteners, when welded with arc stud welding equipment, can be quantified in terms of Tensile and Torque (both in Foot Lbs.) as to the stud welded bond achieved. Data is presented for weld studs (Arc type) from 3/8” diameter in weld base to 1-1/4”. The information also breaks down thread-type for the weld studs in both Coarse and Fine thread variations.
