ARC Chucks - Standard

The arc stud welding Chuck is a weld stud holder commonly used with many types of stud welding guns. The adjustable Arc Chuck, as supplied by MIDWEST Fasteners, is sized by weld stud diameter and has an adjustable "plunger" built in to adjust to weld stud length. Diameters are in stock to accommodate from 14 gauge wire diameter up through 1" diameter weld studs. There are also various length stud gun Chucks available to adapt to studwelding applications. A common additional item to many stud weld chucks is the arc shield ferrule grip for studwelding.
