Various stud welding accessories are available for all types of stud guns. These include Spark Shields which are a common type of studwelding accessory. Made for use primarily with Capacitor Discharge studwelders, the Spark Shield is used to surround a weld stud or weld pin at the point of studweld action. The magnetic chuck is used to adapt the stud gun to Cuphead weld pins, or "mini" cup pins. Collet Protectors are used with Collet in studwelding. They are available in various sizes.
