ARC WELD STUDS: RECTANGULAR ARC FASTENERS - WITH HOLE

This type of stud welded fastener is usually pointed on the weld end for studwelding applications. Available in low carbon steel, and stainless steel, other special materials and grades are available. Rectangular in shape, the weld stud features a hole in its upper portion and can be used to retain mating parts. Stud welding of the weld stud burns off a portion of the base so that the pre-weld, post-weld length dimension should be considered. All orders for arc weld studs from Midwest Fasteners include ceramic stud welding ferrules properly sized for the weld stud ordered.
