UA - 1800

HEAVY DUTY STUD WELDING MACHINE

The UA1800 arc stud welding system, manufactured by MIDWEST Fasteners, is a three-phase transformer/rectifier-type stud welder capable of applying weld studs up to 7/8" in diameter. Working with Mild Steel, Stainless and other weldable metals, this stud system features variable welding capabilities in a studwelding controller, plus a heavy-duty stud gun with dampener and cables including ground. Useful in all types of metal fabrication, refractory or insulation installation, and numerous other stud welding applications, the heavy-duty design and flexibility of this studwelder can perform field applications of all types of weld stud or work around any metalworking shop in all types of studwelding.
