INSULATION FASTENERS: ANNULAR RING ANCHOR-BOLT

The Annular Ring Anchor Bolt, or Insulation Hanger, is a fabricated 2" X 2" perforated metal base, with a 3/16" annular ring pin attached for impaling and installing various thermal and acoustical insulation materials, quite often in marine applications. Popular materials are Mild Steel, Aluminum and Stainless Steel, with combinations of these materials also occurring for special applications. The typical annular insulation pin length is made in 7/8" increments and is used in conjunction with Self Locking Insulation Washers, or Speed Clips sized to fit the annular ring pin and general purpose adhesive, like Midwest Fasteners IHA-177.

SIZE : D 3/16 nominal.Actual ring dia meter is .175". LENGTH : L 7/8, 1-7/8.2-7/8,and 3-7/8 are standard. Other lengths available by special order.   PLATE BOLT MATERIAL : LOW CARBON STEEL LOW CARBON STEEL PLATING : Galvanized is standard. Copper plating is standard.
